Booking fees paid through Celavivo are non-refundable for customer-initiated cancellations.

This applies to commission-based bookings where a booking fee was processed through Celavivo. For subscription-based bookings, no payment is collected through Celavivo — refund terms for any payment made directly to the vendor are governed by the vendor’s own cancellation policy in your signed contract.

• The booking fee covers Celavivo’s platform services and reserves the vendor’s availability for the selected date
• Once a booking is confirmed, vendors may decline other requests for the same date
• Any additional payments beyond the booking fee are subject to the vendor’s individual contract and cancellation terms
