Deposits paid through Celavivo are non-refundable.

• The deposit covers platform services and reserves the vendor’s availability for the selected date
• Once a booking is confirmed, vendors may decline other requests for the same date
• Any additional payments beyond the deposit are subject to the vendor’s individual contract and cancellation terms
