Do I pay the full amount through Celavivo?
How payments work depends on the vendor’s plan. This will be clear from the booking flow you experience.
Commission-based vendors
After the vendor approves your booking request:
- You pay a booking fee through Celavivo to confirm the booking and lock the date
- This is the only payment processed through Celavivo
- Celavivo does not collect or hold the remaining balance
The remaining balance is paid directly to the vendor, on the day of the event or as otherwise agreed and outlined in your signed contract.
Subscription-based vendors
After the vendor approves your booking request:
- No payment is collected through Celavivo
- A digital contract is issued immediately
- All payments — including any deposit and remaining balance — are arranged directly between you and the vendor, as outlined in the signed contract
Important to know
- Celavivo does not process or hold the remaining balance under any plan
- Payment timing and method for the remaining balance are always agreed with the vendor and outlined in your contract
- Any questions about payment amounts or timing should be directed to the vendor directly
- Always review your contract for full payment terms before the event
