How do I delete my account?

If you no longer wish to use Celavivo, you can request to deactivate or delete your account through your account settings or by contacting support.


How to request account deletion

You can request account deletion in one of the following ways:

  1. Log in to your Celavivo account
  2. Go to Dashboard → Account Settings
  3. Scroll to the bottom and select Request Account Deletion (if available), or
  4. Contact Celavivo Support via live chat or email and include the subject “Delete My Account”

What happens after you request deletion?

  • Your account will be deactivated, and your profile and listings will no longer be visible on the platform
  • Access to your account will be disabled
  • Certain data (such as bookings, contracts, or payment records) may be retained for legal, regulatory, or operational purposes, in accordance with Celavivo’s policies

⚠️ Important to know

  • Account deletion is intended to be permanent
  • Once processed, you will no longer be able to log in or recover your account
  • If you have active bookings or pending contracts, deletion may be delayed until they are resolved
