How do I manage multiple booking requests for the same date?

If you receive multiple booking requests for the same date, review each request carefully and only approve the ones you can confidently fulfill.


When you receive overlapping booking requests

  1. Log in to your Vendor Dashboard → Bookings
  2. Review all booking requests for the same date, paying attention to:
    • Event times

  3. Approve the booking(s) you can fulfill based on your availability and service capacity
  4. Decline any requests you cannot accommodate so customers can make alternative arrangements

Managing your availability

  • If you can only handle one event per day, block the date in your calendar after approving a booking
  • If your service allows multiple events on the same date, make sure your calendar reflects accurate time availability
  • Keeping your calendar updated helps prevent double bookings and scheduling conflicts
