How do I manage my calendar and availability?
Your availability calendar helps customers understand when you’re available and allows Celavivo to process booking requests correctly.
📅 How to update your availability
- Log in to your Celavivo account
- Go to Dashboard → Calendar
- Use the calendar to mark:
- Available days or time slots
- Unavailable dates (booked events, personal days, or time off)
Depending on your service type, you can block:
- Full days, or
- Specific time slots

🔁 Syncing with external calendars
