How do I receive payments?
How you receive payments depends on your plan.
Commission-based vendors
- After you approve a booking request, the customer pays a booking fee through Celavivo
- This booking fee is the Celavivo platform commission — it is not paid out to you
- The remaining balance is paid directly to you by the customer
Celavivo does not process or hold the remaining balance.
Subscription-based vendors
- No payment is collected through Celavivo at any stage
- All payments — including any deposit and the remaining balance — are paid directly to you by the customer
- Payment terms are governed by your agreed contract
📅 When do I receive the remaining balance?
Payment timing is agreed between you and the customer. Most vendors collect the remaining balance:
- On the day of the event, or
- As specified in the signed contract
💳 Accepted payment methods
You and the customer agree on the payment method, which may include:
- Cash
- Bank transfer
- Other methods you support
Make sure your accepted payment methods and timing are clearly stated before the event, ideally in your contract or messages.
Important to know
- Celavivo is not involved in collecting the remaining balance under any plan
- Any issues related to direct payments are handled between you and the customer based on the agreed contract terms
