How to Enable Quantity Selection for Products (Jewellery, Invitations & Similar Categories)

Who is this article for?

This guide is for vendors who sell products (not services), such as:

• Jewellers
• Invitation & stationery providers
• Wedding favors / bomboniere suppliers
• Gift or decorative item providers

In these categories, customers need to select the quantity they want to purchase (e.g. 2 rings, 50 invitations, 100 items, etc.).

⚠️ Important to know

If Quantity Buttons are not enabled, customers:

• ❌ Cannot choose how many items they want
• ❌ Cannot correctly place an order or purchase products

As a result, the listing cannot function properly for product-based bookings.

How to enable Quantity selection (step by step)

1. Go to Edit Listing from your dashboard
2. Scroll to the Τιμολόγηση & Υπηρεσίες προς Κράτηση section
3. Add a new item or edit an existing one
4. Fill in:
   • Τίτλος (e.g. “Gold Wedding Ring”, “Wedding Invitation”)
   • Περιγραφή (optional but recommended)
   • Τιμή (per item)
5. On the right side of the price row:
   • Make sure Ποσότητα are checked / enabled ✅
6. Save or update your listing

Once enabled, customers will be able to choose the quantity directly when ordering.
