Two plans are available

Commission-based plan

• No upfront or monthly fee to join
• Celavivo charges a commission only on confirmed bookings processed through the platform
• The commission is collected through the customer’s booking fee payment
• If you don’t receive a booking, you pay nothing

Subscription-based plan

• A fixed monthly or annual subscription fee applies
• No commission is charged on confirmed bookings
• All payments, including any deposit, are received directly from the customer
• The subscription fee applies regardless of booking volume

Important to know

• You choose your plan when joining — both options are available at registration
• Under the commission plan, the booking fee is the platform commission and is not paid out to you
• Under either plan, the remaining balance is always paid directly to you by the customer
• Customers do not pay any additional platform fee beyond what is built into the booking flow
