Who pays the commission?

How the commission is collected
- After a vendor approves a booking request, the customer pays a προκαταβολή 12% online
- This deposit is collected by Celavivo as the platform commission
- Η remaining balance (88%) καταβάλλεται directly from the customer to the vendor, using the agreed payment method

- Celavivo does not deduct commission from the remaining balance
- Vendors are responsible for collecting the remaining amount from the customer
