• Customer and vendor support

• Platform maintenance and ongoing development

Who pays the commission?

• The vendor covers the 12% commission
• Customers do not pay any additional platform fee
• Customers always pay the price listed by the vendor

How the commission is collected

• After you approve a booking request, the customer pays a booking fee online through Celavivo
• This booking fee is collected by Celavivo as the platform commission
• The remaining balance is paid directly from the customer to you using your agreed payment method

• Celavivo does not deduct commission from the remaining balance
• You are responsible for collecting the remaining amount directly from the customer
• Commission applies only to confirmed bookings processed through the platform
