If a chargeback is initiated through a bank or payment provider, Celavivo reviews the booking, contracts, and available communication to assist in resolving the dispute fairly.

This applies to commission-based bookings where a booking fee was processed through Celavivo. For subscription-based bookings, no payment is collected through Celavivo — any payment dispute must be raised directly with your bank or payment provider against the vendor.

What happens during a chargeback review:

• Celavivo may review booking details, contracts, and platform messages
• The platform may act as a mediator between customer and vendor
• Outcomes depend on the specific circumstances and contractual terms
• Initiating a chargeback cancels the booking and may result in temporary account restrictions while the case is reviewed
