To protect both customers and professionals, Celavivo does not display direct contact details (such as phone number, email address, WhatsApp, or website links) on professional listing pages.
This is intentional and applies to all vendors on the platform.
How can I communicate with a vendor before booking?
Before making a booking, all communication happens through Celavivo’s internal messaging system.
This allows you to:
- Ask questions about services, packages, or availability
- Clarify details about your event
- Request additional information safely and securely

When do contact details become visible?
A professional’s direct contact details (email, phone number, WhatsApp, etc.) become visible only after a booking is confirmed.
This happens when:
- You complete a booking request
- Any required deposit is paid
- The booking is confirmed according to the platform’s process
Once confirmed, both the customer and the professional can see each other’s contact details to coordinate final arrangements.
