Do you charge travel costs?
Yes. Travel costs apply if the event takes place outside Limassol. The exact cost is discussed and agreed in advance, depending on the event location.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
No. All prices listed are exclusive of VAT (19%)
Is the prepayment refundable in case of cancellation?
No. The prepayment is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Can you arrange additional entertainment services?
Yes. Additional entertainment options such as live bands, DJs with live instruments, dancers, fire shows, fireworks, and more can be arranged.
Is a deposit required to secure the booking?
Yes. To secure the event date, a total deposit of 50% is required. 12% of the total amount is paid through the Celavivo platform at the time of booking. The remaining 38% is collected directly by the vendor, outside the platform, once the booking is confirmed.
