Booking & Deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date. Balance due 7 days prior to the event. Cancellations: 30+ days before event: Refund minus deposit Less than 7 days: Full payment required Time Extensions: Extra charges apply for additional hours beyond package duration, subject to availability. Vendor Access: External vendors (e.g., DJ, catering) must be pre-approved and comply with venue regulations. Damage: Clients are responsible for any damages caused during the event.
Booking Confirmation: A 20% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. Final guest count and payment due 5 days before the event. Use of Facilities: Venue access is granted only during the booked time slot. Early setup or late cleanup must be arranged in advance. Food & Drinks: Clients may use their own suppliers or coordinate with our suggested vendors. No alcohol may be served without prior approval. Child Safety: Children must be supervised at all times. Play areas must be used under adult supervision. Decorations: You may bring your own decor, but no wall mounting, nails, or tape is allowed unless approved.
