What delivery options are available?
We offer flexible delivery options to serve customers locally and internationally: Same-day delivery in Nicosia (orders placed by 4:30 PM) Same-day delivery to other cities (orders placed by 10:00 AM; afternoon delivery) ACS pick-up option across Cyprus International delivery via express courier (seasonal availability) Delivery fees vary based on location and delivery method.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, international orders are accepted. For any assistance with international orders, support is available through the messaging system.
How is chocolate protected from melting during warm months?
During warmer months, extra precautions are taken to protect chocolates from heat. Special insulated (isothermal) packaging is used for both local and international deliveries. An additional seasonal charge may apply for temperature-controlled packaging.
