Booking a vendor on Celavivo starts with a booking request. After the vendor approves it, you pay a deposit to confirm the booking and complete the contract.


Step-by-step booking process

  1. Search for vendors
    • Choose your event type, ημερομηνία, και περιοχή
    • Browse vendor profiles, services, and availability
  2. Contact the vendor (optional)
    • Use Celavivo’s messaging system to ask questions or clarify details before booking
  3. Send a booking request
    • Select your event date and details
    • Submit a booking request (no payment at this stage)
  4. Vendor reviews your request
    • The vendor may approve or decline based on availability and scope
  5. Pay the deposit
    • If approved, you’ll be prompted to pay a προκαταβολή 12%
    • Paying the deposit confirms the booking and locks the date
  6. Review and sign the contract
    • A digital contract is generated
    • The vendor signs first, then you sign
    • The final signed contract is available in both dashboards
