How do I sign and view my contract?
Contracts on Celavivo are signed and accessed directly within your account dashboard. No contracts are sent by email.
🖊 How the signing process works
- A booking request is approved by the vendor
- The customer pays the deposit
- A digital contract is generated automatically
- The contract becomes available in the vendor’s dashboard under Τα Συμβόλαια μου
- The vendor reviews and signs the contract
- After the vendor signs, the contract becomes available in the customer’s dashboard under Τα Συμβόλαια μου
- Once both parties sign, the final signed contract is stored and accessible to both sides
📄 How to view or download your contract
Both vendors and customers can:
- Log in to their Celavivo account
- Go to Dashboard → My Contracts
- Open the relevant contract to view or download the signed document
Contracts remain accessible in your dashboard for future reference.
