I don’t see my contract — what should I do?
Contracts on Celavivo are not sent by email. All contracts are available directly inside your account dashboard.
Where to find your contract
Both vendors and customers can access contracts by:
- Logging in to their Celavivo account
- Going to Dashboard → My Contracts
- Opening the relevant contract to view or download it
Why your contract may not be visible yet
If you don’t see a contract in Τα Συμβόλαια μου, one of the following may apply:
- The booking request has not yet been approved by the vendor
- Η deposit has not been paid
- The contract is awaiting the vendor’s signature
- The contract is awaiting the customer’s signature
Contracts appear progressively based on the booking and signing stage.
Still can’t find your contract?
If you believe a contract should be available but it’s not visible in your dashboard:
- Contact Celavivo Support via live chat or email
- Περιλάβετε την booking reference so the team can assist you quickly

- Contracts cannot be resent by email
- The most up-to-date version of any contract is always available in Τα Συμβόλαια μου
