How do I invite guests using the RSVP tool?

Celavivo’s RSVP tool lets you send one RSVP link to your guests and monitor attendance from a single guest list accessed via email.


How the RSVP tool works

  1. Once your booking is confirmed, Celavivo sends you an RSVP invitation email
  2. In that email, you:
    • Confirm or enter your event title and date
    • Use your pre-filled email address (if available)
  3. Celavivo generates a unique RSVP link for your event
  4. You share this RSVP link with your guests via:
    • WhatsApp
    • Messenger
    • SMS
    • Email
  5. Guests submit their responses, including:
    • Attendance (yes / no)
    • Number of guests
    • Optional notes

All responses are collected automatically for your event.


Where to monitor guest attendance

  • The RSVP email you receive includes a “View Guest List” button or link
  • Clicking this link lets you monitor attendance at any time
  • The guest list updates automatically as guests submit their RSVPs

ℹ️ The email provides access to the guest list — the list itself is hosted online and always reflects the latest responses.


ℹ️ Important to know

  • Guests do δεν need a Celavivo account to RSVP
  • Each RSVP link is unique to your event
  • Attendance updates may take a short time to appear
