How do I invite guests using the RSVP tool?

The RSVP tool is a free guest management feature included with every confirmed booking through Celavivo. It lets you collect and track attendance for your wedding, christening, or any event — no spreadsheets, no chasing people down.

How it works, step by step

1. Book a vendor through Celavivo — Once your booking is confirmed, you automatically receive a unique RSVP link by email. There’s nothing to set up.
2. Share the link with your guests — Send it via WhatsApp, Viber, SMS, or include it in your digital invitation. Anyone with the link can respond — no account, no app, no sign-up needed.
3. Guests fill in a simple form — They see your event name, date and location, then answer a few quick questions:
   • Will they attend? (Yes / No / Not sure yet)
   • How many people are they bringing?
   • Any dietary requirements (optional)
   • A personal note for you (optional)
   • Their name, and optionally their email or phone
4. You get notified instantly — Every time a guest responds, you receive an email right away. You can also log in to your Celavivo account and view all responses under “My RSVPs” — who’s attending, who declined, and who hasn’t replied yet.

A few things worth knowing

• Guests can update their response — If someone changes their mind, they can return to the same link and submit a new answer. Their latest response replaces the previous one.
• Each booking gets its own link — If you’ve booked a venue and a photographer separately, each booking generates its own independent RSVP link.
• The link stays active for 30 days by default. If your event is further away, you can request an extension from your dashboard.
• It’s completely free — included with every confirmed booking, no upgrade required.
