Search for vendors by category, region and availability. When you find a match, send a booking request. Once the vendor confirms, you'll secure the date either by paying a booking fee through Celavivo or by arranging payment directly with the vendor — you'll be guided through the right steps. A digital contract is issued to protect both parties. The remaining balance is settled directly with the vendor before or on the day of your event.
Are booking fees refundable?
Refund terms depend on each vendor's individual cancellation policy, which is displayed on their profile and included in your booking contract. We recommend reviewing these terms before confirming your booking.
How do I know vendors are trustworthy?
All vendors on Celavivo are reviewed before listing and have visible profiles with ratings and reviews from previous customers. Bookings are protected by a digital contract, giving both you and the vendor a clear record of what was agreed.
