Is it really free to register?
Yes, completely free. Creating a vendor profile, appearing in search results and receiving client enquiries are all included at no cost. We plan to offer optional paid features in the future for vendors who want extra visibility, but the core experience will always remain free.
Can I list more than one service or venue?
Yes. After your account is approved you can create multiple listings from your vendor dashboard — one for each service, location or brand you operate. Each listing has its own profile, photos, packages and availability calendar.
How quickly will my listing go live?
We review all new listings manually to maintain quality. Most listings are reviewed and approved within 24 hours of submission. You'll receive an email notification once your listing is live and visible to clients.
Are there any commissions on bookings?
We charge a small booking fee on confirmed bookings made through the platform. This covers secure payment processing and platform maintenance. The remaining balance is settled directly between you and your client — Celavivo is not involved in the final payment.
Can a client leave a negative review?
Only clients who completed a booking through Celavivo can leave a review. Reviews are genuine, verified and reflect real experiences. If you believe a review violates our guidelines, you can flag it for our team to investigate.
