Yes! We offer free venue tours by appointment. Contact us to schedule a visit and discuss your needs.

Is outside catering allowed?

Depending on the package, you may bring your own caterer or choose from our approved partners. Please inquire during your booking.

What’s included in the decoration?

Our Silver and Gold packages include basic styling (e.g., table centerpieces, welcome signs). Custom decoration services can be arranged on request.

Can we bring our own cake or candy table?

Yes, you're welcome to bring your own cake, desserts, or favor table. We can assist with setup if arranged in advance.

Is the venue child-friendly?

Absolutely. Our venue offers baby-changing facilities, high chairs, and safe outdoor areas suitable for children.

Do you offer entertainment options?

While we don’t provide entertainers directly, we’re happy to recommend trusted professionals for clowns, magicians, or play corners.

Wedding Venue – Terms & Conditions

Booking & Deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date. Balance due 7 days prior to the event. Cancellations: 30+ days before event: Refund minus deposit Less than 7 days: Full payment required Time Extensions: Extra charges apply for additional hours beyond package duration, subject to availability. Vendor Access: External vendors (e.g., DJ, catering) must be pre-approved and comply with venue regulations. Damage: Clients are responsible for any damages caused during the event.

Christening Venue – Terms & Conditions

Booking Confirmation: A 20% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. Final guest count and payment due 5 days before the event. Use of Facilities: Venue access is granted only during the booked time slot. Early setup or late cleanup must be arranged in advance. Food & Drinks: Clients may use their own suppliers or coordinate with our suggested vendors. No alcohol may be served without prior approval. Child Safety: Children must be supervised at all times. Play areas must be used under adult supervision. Decorations: You may bring your own decor, but no wall mounting, nails, or tape is allowed unless approved.
