How do I book a vendor?

Do I pay the full amount through Celavivo?

No — you pay only a 12% deposit through Celavivo to secure the vendor. The remaining balance is paid directly to the vendor after the event.

Is my booking secured with a contract?

Yes. Every booking includes a digital contract signed by both you and the vendor. This protects both sides and outlines all important details.

Can I cancel or change a booking?

Cancellations and changes depend on the vendor’s terms. You can message the vendor directly through the platform or check the contract for cancellation clauses.

How do I know vendors are trustworthy?

All vendors on Celavivo are vetted and reviewed by other users. You can check their ratings, past event photos, and profile information before booking.

How do I join Celavivo as a vendor?

Click on “Join as a Vendor” at the top of the site. You’ll create a free profile where you can list your services, availability, and pricing.

Is there a fee to join?

No upfront cost — it’s free to create a vendor profile. Celavivo charges a 12% commission on confirmed bookings, taken from the deposit payment.

How do I receive payments?

You’ll receive the remaining balance paid to you directly by the client after the event.

Do I need to upload a contract?

No — Celavivo provides ready-to-use contracts based on your service category. You just review, sign, and send it to the client.

Can I control my availability?

Yes. You can manage your availability calendar from your dashboard to avoid double bookings.

What happens if a client cancels?

Each contract includes cancellation terms. You can set your own policy, which will be included in the booking agreement.
