Can I control my availability?

Yes. Vendors can fully control their availability using the calendar in their dashboard.


📅 How availability works

  • Your availability is managed through the calendar in your vendor dashboard
  • You can mark:
    • Available dates or time slots
    • Unavailable days (booked events, personal time, holidays)
  • Keeping your calendar accurate helps prevent double bookings and scheduling conflicts

📍 Where to manage your availability

  1. Log in to your Celavivo vendor account
  2. Go to Dashboard → Calendar
  3. Update your availability by blocking or opening dates and times
  4. Save your changes

ℹ️ Important to know

  • Availability may affect whether your listing appears in date-based searches
  • You are responsible for keeping your calendar up to date, especially if you accept bookings outside Celavivo
