Create Your Professional Page (Add Listing)
Overview
Your Professional Page on Celavivo is your public listing where customers can view your services, prices, availability, and request bookings.
This guide explains step by step how to create or complete your listing so it becomes visible and bookable.

- Users creating or editing their professional page
Where to find it
From your Dashboard, click Create Your Professional Page in the left-hand menu.
Step 1: Basic Information
This section defines the core details of your professional page.
Basic details
Fill in the following fields:
- Listing Title – Your business or service name
- Category – Select the category that best matches your services
- Languages Spoken – Languages you can serve customers in
- Amenities (optional) – Extra features you offer
- Region Coverage (optional) – Areas you can serve
Location
- Enter your address
- Select your region
- Adjust the map pin if needed
- Friendly Address (optional) can be used instead of an exact address
Gallery
- Upload photos of your work or venue
- Click a photo to set it as the featured image
- Drag and drop images to reorder them
Details
- Description – Describe your services clearly
- Video (optional) – Add a YouTube or other supported video link
- Phone and Email – Required contact details
- Website (optional)
- Minimum & Maximum Price Range – Helps customers understand your pricing level
Click Next to continue.
Step 2: Prices & Availability
This step is essential for bookings.
Booking toggle (Important)
You must turn ON the Booking toggle.
If booking is OFF:
- Customers cannot book you
- Booking-related settings will not appear
- Your listing will not accept booking requests
Once enabled, additional booking settings become available.
Pricing & Bookable Services
You must also turn ON the Pricing & Bookable Services toggle.
Here you can:
- Add services or packages
- Set a price
- Choose how pricing works (fixed price, per guest, etc.)
- Group services into categories
Without at least one priced service, customers cannot complete a booking.
Availability (Time Slots – Optional)
If your service uses time slots:
- Enable the Availability section
- Define available times for each day of the week
If your service is date-based only, time slots are not required.
Availability Calendar (Very Important)
The Availability Calendar controls which dates you are available for bookings.
You can:
- Select one or multiple dates
- Block dates to prevent bookings
- Unblock dates to make them available again
- Optionally set special prices for specific dates
This is especially useful if:
- You are already booked elsewhere
- You want to prevent double bookings
Opening Hours (Optional)
You can set opening and closing hours for each day.
This information helps customers understand when you normally operate.
FAQ (Optional)
You can add frequently asked questions, such as:
- What is included in the service?
- How far in advance should customers book?
- What is your cancellation policy?
Step 3: Final Details & Preview
At the final step:
- Click Preview
- Review how your professional page appears to customers
- Make sure:
- Booking toggle is ON
- Prices are added
- Availability is correctly set
Then click:
- Save Changes (if editing an existing listing), or
- Submit Listing (if creating a new one)
Your listing may be reviewed before becoming publicly visible.
Common Issues & Solutions
Customers cannot book me
- Make sure Booking is turned ON
- Make sure Pricing & Bookable Services is turned ON
- Make sure at least one service has a price
My listing is not visible
- Ensure all required fields are completed
- Make sure the listing has been submitted
- Wait for approval if review is required
I am unavailable but still receive requests
- Open the Availability Calendar
- Block the relevant date(s)
- Save your changes
Good to know
- You can edit your professional page anytime from My Listings
- Availability and prices can be updated without creating a new listing
- Bookings and contracts are handled automatically once a booking is confirmed
