Didn’t receive a booking confirmation — what should I do?

Booking requests and confirmed bookings behave differently. A confirmation email is sent only after the deposit is paid. Both the customer and the vendor receive it.


🔍 First, check the booking status

  1. Log in to your Celavivo account
  2. Go to Dashboard → My Bookings
  3. Check the booking status:
  • Pending / Awaiting approval
    • Your booking request was sent
    • No confirmation email is sent at this stage
  • Confirmed (deposit paid)
    • The booking is confirmed
    • A confirmation email is sent to both the customer and the vendor

If the booking appears in your dashboard, it was created successfully.


📧 Didn’t receive the confirmation email (after deposit payment)?

If the deposit has been paid but you didn’t receive the confirmation email:

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Make sure your email address in Dashboard → Account Settings is correct
  • Allow a few minutes for email delivery

Remember: the dashboard is always the source of truth, even if an email is delayed.


❓ Still don’t see your booking or confirmation?

If:

  • The booking does not appear in My Bookings, or
  • The deposit was paid but the booking is not marked as confirmed

Contact Celavivo Support via live chat or email and include:

  • Your name
  • Event date
  • Vendor name (if known)

This helps the team assist you faster.


💡 Helpful tip

You can update your email address at any time in Dashboard → Account Settings to ensure you receive future booking notifications.
