How do I change my password or email?

You can update your login details at any time through your account settings.


Changing your email or password

  1. Log in to your Celavivo account
  2. Go to your Dashboard → Account Settings
  3. Update your:
    • Email address, or
    • Password
  4. Save your changes

If you’re changing your password, choose a strong and unique password for better security.


Forgot your password?

If you can’t log in:

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click “Lost your password?”
  3. Follow the instructions in the password reset email

ℹ️ Important to know

  • Your email address is used for login and important notifications
  • Make sure your email address is correct and accessible
  • After changing your email, future messages and booking updates will be sent to the new address
