How do I invite guests using the RSVP tool?

Celavivo’s RSVP tool lets you invite all your guests using a single link and automatically keeps track of their responses in one guest list.


How the RSVP tool works

  1. Once your event is set up, you can use the RSVP tool to collect guest responses
  2. You’ll be asked to confirm your event title, event date, and contact email (pre-filled when available)
  3. Celavivo generates a unique RSVP link for your event
  4. You share this link with your guests via WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS, or email
  5. Guests submit their RSVP details, including:
    • Attendance status
    • Number of people attending
    • Optional notes
  6. All responses are automatically collected in a single RSVP guest list

Where can I find my guest list?

  • You can access your guest list at any time using the RSVP guest list link provided by Celavivo
  • The guest list updates in real time as guests submit their responses
  • No manual tracking or spreadsheets are required
