How do I manage my calendar and availability?

Your availability calendar helps customers understand when you’re available and allows Celavivo to process booking requests correctly.


📅 How to update your availability

  1. Log in to your Celavivo account
  2. Go to Dashboard → Calendar
  3. Use the calendar to mark:
    • Available days or time slots
    • Unavailable dates (booked events, personal days, or time off)

Depending on your service type, you can block:

  • Full days, or
  • Specific time slots

🔁 Syncing with external calendars
