How do I synchronize my Google Calendar with the Celavivo calendar?

You can sync your Google Calendar with Celavivo using iCal links. This helps keep your availability up to date and reduces the risk of double bookings.

Why sync your calendars?

By syncing Google Calendar with Celavivo:

  • Your unavailable dates can be automatically blocked on Celavivo
  • You reduce the risk of double bookings
  • You manage availability more easily across platforms

ℹ️ Calendar syncing helps with availability, but updates may not appear instantly.

🔁 Important to understand before you start

  • Calendar syncing uses iCal, not real-time sync
  • Updates may take several hours to reflect
  • Syncing availability does not accept or confirm bookings automatically
  • You are still responsible for reviewing booking requests

  2. Click Export
  3. Copy the iCal URL provided by Celavivo

  1. Open Google Calendar

ℹ️ Important notes

  • Syncing works in both directions, but updates may take time
  • Changes made last minute may not sync immediately
  • Always keep your Celavivo availability calendar updated manually as a backup

💡 Helpful tips

  • Use calendar sync especially if you accept bookings outside Celavivo
  • Review your calendar regularly before approving booking requests
  • If you manage multiple listings, repeat the process for each one
