How does a booking work on Celavivo? (Start to finish)

Bookings on Celavivo follow a clear step-by-step process: request → approval → deposit → contract.


Step-by-step booking flow

  1. Search & choose a vendor
    Browse vendors by event type, date, and location. Review profiles, services, photos, and reviews.
  2. Send a booking request
    Select your event date and details and submit a booking request.
    👉 No payment is made at this stage.
  3. Vendor reviews your request
    The vendor checks availability and scope and either approves or declines the request.
  4. Pay the deposit
    If approved, you are prompted to pay a 12% deposit through Celavivo.
    Paying the deposit confirms the booking and locks the date.
  5. Contract is generated and signed
    • A digital contract is created automatically
    • The vendor signs first
    • The customer signs next
    • The final contract is stored in Dashboard → My Contracts
  6. Event preparation & completion
    • The remaining balance is paid directly to the vendor
    • The event takes place as agreed in the contract

ℹ️ Important to know

  • A booking is fully confirmed only after the deposit is paid and the contract is signed
  • Confirmation emails are sent after deposit payment
  • Your dashboard is always the source of truth
