How to Add or Remove Photos From Your Professional Page
Photos play a very important role in attracting customers. You can update your Professional Page photos at any time by adding, reordering, or removing images directly from your listing editor.

How to Access Your Listing Photos
Step 1: Log in
- Go to celavivo.com
- Click Log in
- Enter your email and password
Step 2: Open your listing for editing
- Go to your Dashboard
- Click My Listings
- Find your Professional Page
- Click Edit
Adding Photos to Your Listing
In the Gallery section of your listing:
Option 1: Click to upload
- Click inside the Gallery box
- Your file browser will open automatically
- Select the photos you want to upload
- The photos will appear in the gallery
Option 2: Drag & drop
- Select photos from your computer
- Drag and drop them directly into the Gallery box
- The photos will upload automatically
✅ Both methods work the same way.
Choosing the Featured Photo (Very Important)
- The first photo in the gallery is your Featured Photo
- This is the photo customers see first in search results and on your page
To change the featured photo:
- In the Gallery section, drag the photo you want
- Move it to the first position
- That photo will automatically become your featured image
📌 Tip: Choose a clear, high-quality photo that best represents your business.
Removing Photos From Your Listing
- In the Gallery section, locate the photo you want to remove
- Under the photo, click Remove photo
- The photo will be removed from the gallery
⚠️ The removal is not final until you save your changes.
Save Your Changes (Required)
After adding, reordering, or removing photos:
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Click Update / Save Listing
- Wait for the confirmation message
Your Professional Page is now updated and live ✅
Common Questions & Troubleshooting
❓ I changed the photo order but it didn’t update
- Make sure you clicked Update / Save Listing
- Refresh the page after saving
❓ Photos won’t upload
- Use JPG or PNG format
- Keep photos under 5MB
- Check your internet connection
❓ I removed a photo by mistake
- Re-upload it using the Gallery box
- Save the listing again
