My Contracts

Overview

The My Contracts section is where vendors can view and sign contracts related to their bookings on Celavivo.
Each contract is automatically generated based on an approved booking and must be signed before the booking is fully finalized.


Who this is for

  • Vendors / service providers on Celavivo
  • Users who have approved at least one booking

Where to find it

From your Dashboard, click My Contracts in the left-hand menu.


How contracts work on Celavivo

Contracts on Celavivo are automatically created when certain conditions are met.

A contract is generated when:

  • A booking is approved
  • Payment conditions (such as a deposit) are met, if applicable

Each contract is linked to a specific booking.


Understanding the My Contracts page

On the My Contracts page, you will see a list of your contracts.

Each contract card shows:

  • Booking number
  • Event name or reference
  • Event date
  • Contract status

Contract statuses

Pending Signature

This means:

  • The contract has been generated
  • It has not yet been signed

In this case, you will see a View / Sign Contract button.

➡ Action required:
You must open and sign the contract.


Signed (Completed)

Once the contract is signed:

  • The contract becomes legally binding
  • No further action is required from you
  • The signed contract remains available for reference

Viewing and signing a contract

To sign a contract:

  1. Click View / Sign Contract
  2. Review the contract details carefully
  3. Sign electronically when prompted
  4. Submit the signature

After signing:

  • The contract status updates automatically
  • The booking proceeds according to the agreed terms

Important notes about contracts

  • Contracts are generated automatically — you do not need to create them manually
  • Contract details are based on:
    • Booking information
    • Listing details
    • Pricing and deposit rules
  • You cannot edit contract content directly from the dashboard

If something looks incorrect, contact support before signing.


Common issues & solutions

I don’t see a contract for my booking

Possible reasons:

  • The booking is still Pending
  • The booking has not been approved yet
  • Payment or deposit conditions have not been met

Solution:

  • Check the booking status under Bookings
  • Make sure the booking is Approved

The contract says “Pending Signature”

This means you still need to sign it.

➡ Click View / Sign Contract and complete the signing process.


I already signed, but still see the contract

This is normal.

Signed contracts remain visible for:

  • Reference
  • Record-keeping
  • Future verification

I have a question about contract terms

If you have concerns:

  • Do not sign immediately
  • Contact Celavivo support for clarification
  • Once signed, contracts are considered final

Good to know

  • Each booking has its own contract
  • Contracts are securely stored and accessible anytime
  • Signing the contract is required to fully finalize the booking
  • Customers also sign their part of the contract separately
