My Listings

Overview

The My Listings section allows you to manage all your professional pages on Celavivo from one place.
Here you can view your active and pending listings, edit their details, check performance, or submit a new listing.


Who this is for

  • Vendors / service providers on Celavivo
  • Users who already created at least one professional page

Where to find it

From your Dashboard, click My Listings in the left-hand menu.


Understanding the My Listings menu

Under My Listings, you will see different sections:

  • Active – Listings that are published and visible to customers
  • Pending – Listings submitted but waiting for review or approval
  • Expired – Listings that are no longer active (if applicable)

Clicking each section shows only the listings with that status.


Active Listings

Active listings are live and visible on Celavivo.

For each active listing, you can see:

  • Listing title
  • Category
  • Location
  • Number of views
  • Expiration status (e.g. “Never / not set”)

Available actions

On the right side of each listing, you can:

  • Edit – Update listing details, prices, availability, photos, or FAQs
  • Delete – Permanently remove the listing
  • iCal – Export booking dates to an external calendar

Pending Listings

Pending listings have been submitted but are not yet visible to customers.

This usually means:

  • The listing is under review, or
  • Required information is missing

You can still:

  • Edit the listing to make changes
  • Delete the listing if needed

Once approved, the listing will move to Active.


Searching and filtering listings

At the top of the page, you can:

  • Use Search listing to find a specific listing by name
  • Filter by category to view only certain types of listings

This is useful if you manage multiple professional pages.


Submitting a new listing

At the bottom of the page, click Submit New Listing to create an additional professional page.

You will be taken to the Create Your Professional Page flow, where you can:

  • Enter listing details
  • Set prices and availability
  • Preview and submit the listing

Common issues & solutions

My listing is not visible to customers

  • Check if the listing is under Pending
  • Make sure it has been fully submitted
  • Wait for approval if review is required

Customers cannot book my active listing

  • Open the listing using Edit
  • Make sure the Booking toggle is ON
  • Make sure Pricing & Bookable Services are enabled
  • Save your changes

I want to update prices or availability

  • Click Edit on the listing
  • Update pricing, calendar, or availability settings
  • Save changes — no need to create a new listing

Good to know

  • You can manage multiple listings from the same dashboard
  • Editing a listing does not remove existing bookings
  • Availability and pricing changes apply immediately after saving
