Sending a Custom Quote to a Customer
Sometimes customers request a personalized price or service package that is not included in your standard listing packages.On Celavivo, you can create a Custom Quote directly from your messages with the customer.This allows the customer to book and pay for the agreed offer securely through the platform.
Step 1: Agree on the details in Messages
First, discuss the booking details with the customer through Celavivo Messages, including:Services included,Event date,Price,Any special conditions.
Once you both agree on the details, you can create the custom quote.
Step 2: Click “Add Custom Quote”
Inside the message conversation:Click Add Custom Quote
You will be automatically redirected to your Listing page.The page will open directly in the Pricing section
Step 3: Create the Custom Package
In the Pricing section:A new pricing item will appear.Enter a title for the quote Example:Marios Wedding Quote.Enter the agreed price.Click Finish. The listing will be automatically approved, and the Custom Quote becomes available.
Step 4: Customer books the Custom Quote
The customer will now be able to:Visit your vendor page,Select the Custom Quote package,Choose the event date,Pay the deposit,Sign the contract.
Once both parties sign the contract, the booking is confirmed.
Step 5: Delete the Custom Quote after booking
After the booking is completed, you should delete the Custom Quote so that other customers cannot select it.
To delete it:Go to Vendor Dashboard,Click My Listings,Select Manage Custom Quotes. Your listing will open in the Pricing section.Click Delete and Submit next to the Custom Quote. The listing will be automatically approved again, and the Custom Quote will be removed.
Important: Custom Quotes are visible on your listing page, so remember to delete them after the customer books.This prevents other customers from selecting a quote that was meant for someone else.
💡 Tip:Name your quote clearly (for example “Maria & Andreas Wedding Quote”) so you can easily identify it.
