The Submit Button Doesn’t Work on the Create Your Professional Page
Why this happens
If you click Submit on the Create Your Professional page and nothing happens, this usually means that one or more required (compulsory) fields are still empty.
For technical reasons, the form will not submit until all mandatory fields are completed — and in some cases, no error message is shown.
This is expected behaviour and not a system error.
Common required fields to check
Before clicking Submit, make sure you have completed all required fields, including:
- Professional / Business Name
- Category (e.g. Photographer, DJ, Venue, Catering, etc.)
- Location / Region
- Short Description
- Pricing or Package information (if enabled for your category)
- Availability / Booking settings
- Contact details
- Any field marked with:
*- “Required”
- Red outline or validation indicator
👉 Even one empty required field will prevent submission.
What to do if nothing happens when you click Submit
- Scroll back up slowly through the page
Some required fields may be higher up. - Check all dropdown fields carefully
(Category, Location, Pricing options are commonly missed.) - Fill in any empty compulsory fields
- Click Submit again.
Once all required fields are completed, the page will submit normally.

To avoid this issue:
- Complete the form from top to bottom
- Don’t skip dropdown fields
- Double-check pricing and booking sections before submitting
