Ad Campaigns (Ad Manager)

Overview

The Ad Manager allows vendors to promote their professional listings across Celavivo using paid advertising placements.
With ad campaigns, you can increase visibility for your listing on the homepage, search results, and sidebar.

Ads are billed based on impressions, and you control the budget, placement, and targeting.


Who this is for

  • Vendors with at least one active listing
  • Vendors who want increased exposure and more booking requests

Where to find it

From your Dashboard, click Ad Campaign in the left-hand menu.


Creating a new ad campaign

On the Ad Manager page:

  1. Click Create new Campaign
  2. You will be guided through the campaign setup

General Ad Settings

For Listing

Select which listing you want to promote.
Only your own active listings are available.


Campaign start date

Choose the date when your ad campaign should begin.


Budget

Set your total ad budget in euros (€).

  • The campaign will run until the budget is exhausted
  • You are never charged more than your selected budget

Campaign Filters (Optional)

Filters control where and to whom your ad is shown.

⚠️ Filters apply only to Sidebar and Search Results placements.

Available filters:

  • Display only if category
    Show your ad only when users browse a specific category
  • Display only if region
    Target users browsing vendors in a specific region
  • Display only for location search
    Show ads only when users search by location
  • Enable only for logged-in users
    Restrict ad visibility to logged-in users

Filters help improve relevance and reduce wasted impressions.


Selecting ad placement

Choose where your ad will appear on the platform.

Available placements & pricing

  • Homepage – €0.40 per impression
    High visibility on the main homepage
  • Top of Search Results – €0.25 per impression
    Your listing appears at the top of vendor search results
  • Sidebar – €0.15 per impression
    Displayed alongside search and category pages

You can select one or more placements in a single campaign.


Submitting the ad

Once all settings are complete:

  1. Review your campaign details
  2. Click Submit Ad

Your campaign will:

  • Start on the selected date
  • Run automatically
  • Stop when the budget is fully used

Monitoring your campaigns

From the Ad Manager, you can:

  • View active campaigns
  • See if ads are running or completed
  • Create additional campaigns at any time

Important rules & notes

  • Ads promote existing listings only
  • Listings must follow Celavivo’s content and quality guidelines
  • Misleading or inappropriate listings may result in ad rejection
  • Ad visibility depends on user activity and filters

Common questions & issues

“Why is my ad not showing?”

Possible reasons:

  • Campaign has not started yet
  • Budget has been exhausted
  • Filters are too restrictive
  • Listing is not active

“Can I pause or edit a campaign?”

Once submitted, campaigns run automatically until the budget ends.
To change strategy, create a new campaign with updated settings.


“Will ads guarantee bookings?”

Ads increase visibility, not guaranteed bookings.
Strong photos, clear pricing, and availability greatly improve results.
