Instead of browsing dozens of listings, Smart Matching compares vendors side-by-side and provides a clear recommendation.
What is AI Smart Matching?
AI Smart Matching is an AI-powered assistant that:
- Compares 2–4 vendors at the same time
- Analyzes style, reviews, price range, availability, and languages
- Suggests the best overall match for your event
It works for all major Celavivo categories such as photography, catering, DJs, venues, florists, and more.
How does AI Smart Matching work?
Step 1: Share vendors
You can:
- Paste 2–4 vendor listing links, or
- Type the vendor names (if they exist on Celavivo)
Step 2: Add your event details
Provide:
- Event type (wedding, christening, party, etc.)
- Event date
- Location
- Budget range
- Any preferences (style, language, indoor/outdoor, etc.)
Step 3: AI compares options
The system evaluates:
- Vendor style & specialties
- Customer reviews & ratings
- Price range compatibility
- Availability (based on provided date)
- Supported languages (Greek / English)
Step 4: Get a clear recommendation
You receive:
- A side-by-side comparison table
- A final AI recommendation explaining why one option fits best

No.
Smart Matching only recommends vendors.

- Submit a booking request manually through Celavivo
Is my data safe?
Yes.
- Messages may be processed by third-party AI services to generate comparisons
- Messages may be reviewed for fraud prevention and dispute resolution
- Do not include sensitive personal data (ID numbers, payment info, etc.)
