How do contracts work on Celavivo?

For confirmed bookings on Celavivo, a digital contract is generated automatically and signed electronically by both the vendor and the customer directly within their Celavivo dashboards.

📝 How the contract process works

  1. A customer sends a booking request
  2. The vendor reviews and approves the request
  3. The customer pays the deposit through Celavivo
  4. A digital contract is generated automatically
  5. The contract becomes available in the vendor’s dashboard under My Contracts
  6. The vendor reviews and signs the contract
  7. After the vendor signs, the contract becomes available in the customer’s dashboard under My Contracts
  8. The customer reviews and signs the contract
  9. Once both parties have signed, the final signed contract is available in both dashboards

📁 Where can I find my contract?

  • Vendors can access contracts in Dashboard → My Contracts
  • Customers can access contracts in Dashboard → My Contracts
  • Signed contracts can be viewed or downloaded at any time

🔒 Why digital contracts matter

Digital contracts help protect both customers and vendors by clearly outlining:

  • Event details (date, time, location)
  • Deposit and remaining balance amounts
  • Services to be delivered
  • Cancellation and refund terms

Contracts reflect the agreed terms between the parties and operate alongside Celavivo’s platform policies.
