Is my booking secured with a contract?
Yes. Once a booking is confirmed on Celavivo, it is secured with a digital contract signed by both the customer and the vendor.
How the contract secures your booking
- A contract is generated after:
- The vendor approves your booking request, and
- You pay the 12% deposit
- The contract is signed electronically by both parties:
- The vendor signs first
- The customer signs next
- Once both signatures are completed, the contract becomes final and binding according to its terms
Where can I find my contract?
- Contracts are not sent by email
- Both customers and vendors can access them at any time via:
- Dashboard → My Contracts
- Signed contracts can be viewed or downloaded from the dashboard
What does the contract include?
The digital contract clearly outlines:
- Event details (date, time, location)
- Services agreed
- Deposit and remaining balance terms
- Cancellation and refund conditions
This helps protect both parties and provides clarity in case of questions or disputes.
