How the contract secures your booking

• A contract is generated after:
  • The vendor approves your booking request, and
  • You pay the 12% deposit
• The contract is signed electronically by both parties:
  • The vendor signs first
  • The customer signs next
• Once both signatures are completed, the contract becomes final and binding according to its terms

Where can I find my contract?

• Contracts are not sent by email
• Both customers and vendors can access them at any time via:
  • Dashboard → My Contracts
• Signed contracts can be viewed or downloaded from the dashboard
