Celavivo charges a 12% commission per confirmed booking. This commission is collected through the customer’s deposit and is covered by the vendor.

The commission supports the operation and security of the Celavivo platform, including:

  • Secure online payments
  • Digital contract generation and signing
  • Customer and vendor support
  • Fraud prevention and dispute handling
  • Platform maintenance and ongoing development

Who pays the commission?

  • The vendor covers the 12% commission
  • Customers do not pay any additional platform fee
  • Customers always pay the price listed by the vendor

How the commission is collected

  • After a vendor approves a booking request, the customer pays a 12% deposit online
  • This deposit is collected by Celavivo as the platform commission
  • The remaining balance (88%) is paid directly from the customer to the vendor, using the agreed payment method

ℹ️ Important to know

  • Celavivo does not deduct commission from the remaining balance
  • Vendors are responsible for collecting the remaining amount from the customer
  • Commission applies only to confirmed bookings processed through the platform
