What happens if a vendor cancels a booking?

If a vendor cancels, Celavivo prioritizes finding a replacement. If that’s not possible, you receive a Celavivo credit.


If a vendor cancels a confirmed booking

  1. Replacements first
    Celavivo will attempt to offer suitable alternative vendors for the same date and service.
  2. If you accept a replacement
    • Your booking continues
    • The deposit is transferred
    • No new Celavivo fee is charged
  3. If no replacement is available (or you decline all reasonable options)
    • You receive a Celavivo credit/coupon equal to the deposit
    • The credit can be used to book another vendor on Celavivo

ℹ️ Important to know

  • Credits are non-cash and subject to validity terms
  • Celavivo does not refund vendor fees beyond the deposit
  • Repeated vendor cancellations may affect vendor visibility or account status
