What happens if a vendor cancels a booking?
If a vendor cancels, Celavivo prioritizes finding a replacement. If that’s not possible, you receive a Celavivo credit.
If a vendor cancels a confirmed booking
- Replacements first
Celavivo will attempt to offer suitable alternative vendors for the same date and service. - If you accept a replacement
- Your booking continues
- The deposit is transferred
- No new Celavivo fee is charged
- If no replacement is available (or you decline all reasonable options)
- You receive a Celavivo credit/coupon equal to the deposit
- The credit can be used to book another vendor on Celavivo
ℹ️ Important to know
- Credits are non-cash and subject to validity terms
- Celavivo does not refund vendor fees beyond the deposit
- Repeated vendor cancellations may affect vendor visibility or account status
