What should I do if a vendor doesn’t respond?
Vendors may not always reply immediately, especially during busy event periods. If you don’t receive a response, there are a few steps you can follow before contacting support.
If a vendor hasn’t replied yet
- Allow up to 48 hours for a response, as vendors may be preparing for or attending events
- Check your email inbox and spam/junk folder, as replies or notifications may be filtered
If your booking is not yet confirmed
- You can send a follow-up message using the chat on the vendor’s listing page
- Vendors are notified of new messages through the platform
If your booking is confirmed and paid
- Vendor contact details (such as phone number or email, when provided) are available within your booking details
- You may use these details to contact the vendor directly if you haven’t received a response through Celavivo
Still no response?
If you have not received a reply within 72 hours, you can contact Celavivo Support via live chat or email.
